All items are photographed, barcodes and prices recorded in presence of client. Client must sign consent form authorizing “Creations By Z.A.R.A.” to take temporary ownership of items while being packaged for client, with the knowledge all items to be accounted for upon completion and delivery to client. Copy of photos & signed documents to be given to client immediately and “Creations By Z.A.R.A.” will release packages/items to that client only upon their signing document acknowledging receipt of all items.We have a strict policy in place to avoid confusion regarding supplies provided by clients. We will NEVER replace or switch items provided, which is why we go to great lengths to document everything.
